Carignan
Vineyards in La Ciénaga de Name, Maule Valley, over 80 years old, planted in deep, granitic soils on slopes with different solar exposures. The climate is Mediterranean with four distinct seasons, with dry summers. Temperatures in the area are regulated by the proximity of the Pacific Ocean, from where the winds that enter the valley cool the afternoons and evenings.
Winemaking
Harvest by hand, prefermentative maceration at low temperature for a period of 4 to 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 25 and 27°C (77 and 77°F). Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging in new and used French barrels for approximately 10 to 12 months.

Strawberries, fresh raspberries, sour cherries, black pepper, with hints of leather and flowers.
