Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah
From vineyards planted more than 20 years ago on our Nilahue estate in the Colchagua Valley. The proximity of the clay loam, with gravel in different strata, of medium depth, maintains the vineyard with medium-low vigor, favoring the natural concentration of the fruit.
Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 25°C to 28°C and extraction levels according to the lot, being tasted daily. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in a percentage of new and used French and American barrels for a variable period according to the lot and type of wood input required, plus a percentage in steel tanks to achieve a balance between fruit and touches of wood.
Color
Ruby red with violet tones.
Taste
Strawberries, leather, spices and vanilla. With soft tannins, medium body and persistent finish.
Aroma
Fruits such as raspberries and blackberries, pepper, leather and smoky touches.
