Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 25°C to 28°C with extraction levels according to the batch, being tested daily by our enological team. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in a percentage in new and used French oak barrels for 6 months. Then the two batches are blended to achieve a well-balanced wine.
